Privacy Policy

This page will host the business's Privacy Policy (GDPR: EU Regulation 2016/679 and Greek Law 4624/2019).

Already in force: what you submit through the appraisal form (name, phone, optional email, description, photos, preferred call time) is delivered by email to the shop's mailbox via the email provider Resend (a processor, using EU-based servers), solely so we can call you about the appraisal; it is never used for marketing. The details and photos of each enquiry are kept for up to 6 months after it is closed and then deleted.

Visit statistics: we count visits with Umami (processor: Umami Software, Inc., using EU-based servers), a tool that sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not keep your IP address. It records anonymously the page you viewed and the referring page, the browser, the operating system, the device type, the country and the city, and taps on the call, Viber, map, prices and appraisal-form buttons, never who you are.

The final text is being drafted by legal counsel and will cover: the data collected during transactions (ID details and tax number, as required by law), bank account details used for payouts, the details and photos submitted through the appraisal form, retention periods, and your rights, including the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
