For every purchase of gold the law requires one identification document. An ID card or passport is enough. Purchase receipts or certificates help if you have them, but they are not a condition.
What to have available
Your ID card or passport and, where they exist, receipts, certificates or other information about the item's origin and characteristics. Documents help, but the check itself always happens in front of you.
Selling, not pawning
Because many people say “pawn” when they mean selling: at our shop there is only buying. The item changes hands when you are paid, with no loan agreement and no deadlines.
Personal data
We record only the details the law requires for buying gold and use them for that purpose alone. Feel free to ask how they are stored and for how long.
