We check karat, purity, net weight and condition in front of you. The amount comes from the table on our site multiplied by the net weight, and we tell you before you decide.

- Can I sell an item without a purchase receipt?
- Yes. Your ID is enough. Receipts or certificates help with the appraisal if you have them.
- Are photos enough?
- Photos help with a first estimate, but the final offer needs the physical item at the shop.
- Can I get it back later?
- The sale is complete once you are paid. If you would rather keep the piece, tell us before the transaction and that is perfectly fine.
